One Rise. A structured path from active accountability to confident, independent sober living. 01 Phase 01 — Fire ### Phase 1 — Fire Phase 1 follows a rigorous schedule: 90 meetings in 90 days, establishing a home group, and connecting with a sponsor. Residents also participate in outside therapy through partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient programs. 02 Phase 02 — Ash ### Phase 2 — Ash At Phase 2, clients should be actively working with their sponsor to complete the 12 Steps, holding a job or volunteering, and becoming a model member of the household for incoming clients.
